Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Latvian public holidays.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

  • Baltic States (Estonia, Lithuania): 2-4 business days
  • EU Countries: 3-7 business days
  • Remote areas: May require additional 1-3 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package online

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or contact us for assistance.

Delivery Requirements

  • A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
  • If you are not available, the carrier will usually leave a notice with pickup instructions
  • Packages not collected within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to us

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
  • Additional shipping charges incurred for address corrections or re-delivery attempts

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your building reception
  • Contact the carrier first using your tracking number
  • If unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • If the package appears damaged, note it with the carrier driver and take photos
  • Contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate

Customs and Import Duties

For EU shipments: No customs duties or import taxes apply for deliveries within the European Union.

For non-EU shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices
  • Packages may be delayed at customs; this is beyond our control

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Refused delivery
  • Incorrect address (provided by customer)
  • Failed delivery attempts with no customer response

You will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
  • Restocking fee (if applicable)

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (at additional cost) or issue a refund minus the above costs.

Order Splitting

If your order contains multiple items:

  • Items may be shipped separately if they are located in different warehouses
  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers
  • There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments

Holidays and Peak Seasons

Please note that shipping times may be extended during:

  • Easter holidays
