ZEE PARTS operates as a used auto parts supplier based on a request-and-quote system:

  2. Select Parts: Choose specific parts you need from listed vehicles
  3. Submit a Request: Fill out a request form with your requirements
  4. Receive a Quote: Get a custom quote within 24 hours
  5. Delivery: Approved orders are dismantled, inspected, packed, and shipped across Europe

2.2 No Direct Online Purchase

Please note that our website operates on a quote-based system. Prices and availability are confirmed through our quote process, not through a standard online shopping cart.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Request Submission

  • All requests must include accurate contact information and detailed part descriptions
  • Requests are reviewed within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday, excluding Latvian public holidays)
  • Providing vehicle VIN numbers and detailed specifications helps ensure compatibility

3.2 Quotations

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue
  • Quotes include part details, pricing, and shipping costs
  • Prices are subject to change if the quote expires or if part condition changes upon dismantling

3.3 Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed once you accept our quote and payment is received
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders if parts become unavailable or if compatibility issues are identified

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

  • All prices are quoted in EUR (€)
  • Prices include Latvian VAT (21%) where applicable
  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and included in your quote
  • For EU business customers with valid VAT numbers, reverse charge may apply

  • Included in your custom quote
  • Tracked shipping is standard for all orders

5.4 Risk Transfer

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier
  • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders
  • Customers must inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt

5.5 Delivery Issues

  • Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and carrier documentation for claims
  • We will work with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues

6. Product Quality and Compatibility

6.1 Used Parts Notice

All parts sold are used automotive parts removed from donor vehicles. While we inspect all parts:

  • Normal wear and tear is expected
  • Parts are sold “as removed” unless otherwise specified
  • We verify compatibility based on information provided by customers

6.2 Quality Standards

  • All parts are inspected before and after dismantling
  • Parts are cleaned and prepared for shipping
  • Photos may be provided upon request before shipping
  • We guarantee parts are functional unless sold explicitly as damaged/for parts

6.3 Compatibility Verification

  • Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility with their vehicle
  • We assist with compatibility checks based on VIN, make, model, year, and engine code
  • Providing accurate vehicle information is essential

7. Quality Guarantee and Returns

7.1 10-Day Installation Guarantee

  • Parts are guaranteed to be functional for 10 days from delivery date
  • Guarantee applies when parts are installed by qualified mechanics
  • Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and functional failures, not wear items or improper installation

7.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

For EU consumers purchasing remotely:

  • You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons
  • Parts must be returned in original condition, unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the part is defective
  • Refund processed within 14 days of receiving returned parts

7.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order number, photos, and description of the issue
  3. Wait for return authorization (RMA number)
  4. Ship parts back with RMA number clearly marked

7.4 Non-Returnable Items

7.5 Refunds

  • Refund processing time: 14 days after receiving and inspecting returned parts

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.2 Professional Installation

  • Parts should be installed by qualified automotive technicians

9.3 Inspection Upon Receipt

  • Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt
  • Report any visible damage or discrepancies within 48 hours
  • Failure to inspect promptly may limit claim options

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Zeeparts.lv, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SIA ZEE Technology and protected by Latvian and international copyright laws.

You may not:
